I’ve been working with Kim for a few months now and I’m so glad that I was able to connect with her! I first attended a HeartMath® workshop and it was eye opening, so I decided to book an emotional healing session with Kim. To be able to take more control over my health & wellness through understanding how my body works, especially the heart-brain connection has made a big difference for me. After pursuing traditional routes to my wellbeing, I was having a hard time finding the answers I was looking for and was not interested in spending time and money for little help aside from patching problems. This guided work on understanding my emotions, my heart and my brain in addition to paying more attention to nutrition is a path for me to truly take ownership of my wellbeing and focus on coherence.
