I strive to provide a culturally responsive and emotionally safe environment where you can lean into your intuition and build a toolbox of strategies to help you feel your best. I work hard to ensure every client feels safe, supported and validated.
I love to help people feel their best! For the past 27 years, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families find tools that help them cope with life’s challenges.
A longtime wellness enthusiast, I have been coaching families and individuals in a variety of ways. I help people learn new things about themselves and others around them, to bring awareness, compassion, joy, and peace to their heart. I offer wellness coaching, which includes HeartMath, to help optimize performance and build resilience in today’s chaotic world.
I love to teach people how they can tap into their own intuition and internal resources to reach their full potential. I am known for my empathetic heart and listening ear. I have strong skills in problem solving and my experience has provided me with the wisdom to help others grow and become the person they desire to be.

I am proud of the wisdom I have gained over the decades to be able to provide an emotionally safe environment for those that are seeking change. I am not a therapist or clinician, although I have partnered and work with them all. An empath, and highly sensitive person, I listen with compassion and empathy, honoring each person’s unique perspective. Along with being nurturing and supportive, I offer evidence-based strategies, whole-hearted ideas, and create space for problem solving any situation.

About Our Technology
We use the emWave® Pro and Inner Balance™ technology to show you (in real time) what is happening inside your body. The technology measures heart rhythms of HRV and Heart Coherence.
